Utilising the tools of ancient wisdom, ancestral guidance and intuition through both a powerful creative art process and/or via Empowered Personality Profiling - you have the opportunity to find yourself again, reconnect with your inner wisdom and gifts, and transform your life.
Hearts Wisdom ArtWorks
Participants are informed that this is a non-judgemental process and therefore, everyone needs to look at their art work through fresh unbiased eyes. This workshop is not about art as beautification for our walls but art as a tool for therapeutic healing. There are pieces created though, that could very well be pleasing to the eye and become pieces to adorn a wall! However, the objective for this form of art is about the act of connecting on a deep level with your own heart to access the wisdom within and utilise that knowledge – that comes through you – to assist your growth in a way that is deeply personal. It is for this reason that participants are asked to draw their own conclusions about their created piece for themselves. It is always beneficial to share and hear the insights of others and what they might see because it helps you to adjust your sight and maybe see other things you hadn’t seen previously. The final step though is for you to listen for what feels right for you, what resonates with you and then highlight, and bring forward that image. It is worth remembering that the messages offered by others are of value and should be noted, but ultimately you need your painting to reflect your message because that is what is right for you at that present moment. Who knows you might find out new things about yourself and you might realise that you can paint even if you have always believed you couldn’t!
These workshops are lots of fun and who knows you might meet a new friend whilst laughing and playing like children with the beautiful vibrant watercolour paint. The technique is simple, if you can colour in you can achieve a wonderful result using paint rather than pencils. It’s a day of letting your hair down, enjoying the company of others in a stress free environment and simply having fun.
As a client, you will always be treated with respect and allowed to experience the process in whatever way is right for you. My goal is that when you are finished, you will leave feeling as though you have accomplished something meaningful for yourself. For some, this fulfilment may come from seeing the end result, through the actual process or it could be in the connections with others. Sometimes, it is all three.
Safety and a professional attitude is paramount and photos of participants artwork is only used with your permission via the feedback form you have completed.
Empowered Personality Profiling (EPP) - Mayan Wisdom

It is based on the work of the late Dr Jose Arguelles and his work associated with the Mayan calendar system. I launched EPP to help others to see who they truly are at their core – their essence – and in doing so help them to make the right choices for the right reasons, bringing about results that are far more fulfilling and much easier for them to attain.

EPP is different from other types of profiling in that it shows us how you progress each year to another level of learning and how to utilise the knowledge gained through understanding ourselves.

EPP informs us of our TRUE PURPOSE in life above any purposes you may have already formulated. Your true purpose is what you came in with at birth, to strengthen the self and teach others. It shows you how year by year you are working with different energies culminating after four years, bringing you to a successful outcome, before starting the next cycle.

Having worked with this tool for over 20 years I can assure you EPP works extremely well. It helped me to understand many relationship issues, particularly within the family. It helped me to understand myself on a much deeper level. Being happy yourself and knowing your children are living to their potential is very important to finding peace. EPP will help you to understand each other’s qualities and unique aspects.
