Monica Kennedy: Holistic Counsellor

Monica is a qualified Holistic Counsellor with over 15 years of experience further supported by a background in nursing. With a passion to help others, Monica continues to study, research and innovate life changing tools that are simple, effective and practical in their application. Monica has raised 4 beautiful adult children and is grandmother to one. Like many women 50+, Monica understands first hand the long term impact of stress & trauma. As Co-founder/Director of Workshops 4 Life, Monica continues to support people to develop healthy life choices and relationships as well as through life stage transitions and other mental, emotional, social, spiritual (energetic) and physical related issues for women.

Judi Cowlrick: Health and Lifestyle Coach

Judi - also a mother of 4 beautiful adult children and grandmother to one, started her career as a qualified Speech Pathologist. With a passion to help others more holistically, Judi embraced the physical, mental and emotional self in conventional healthcare and added the spiritual dimension (kinergetics, kinesiology, bodytalk) as she came to understand more about our energetic selves. Like all professional Workshops 4 Life practitioners, Judi continues both formal and informal research and study, and brings with her a multi-disciplinary approach that now incorporates nutritional medicine and naturopathic principals to achieve mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health goals.

Your Host: Gayl Regina

Gayl is a mum of two teenage boys and an experienced content developer with a strong business background and lifetime interest in human development, health and wellbeing. Today Gayl consults, develops models, frameworks and educational programs designed to help others live a better life (at work and home). Gayl is also a life, mindset & leadership coach, master NLP practitioner and Managing Director (and co-founder) of Workshops 4 Life. Gayl has lived experience of unrecognised trauma and the challenges that come with that and has stories that you may relate to.
