Across four live online sessions (2 hours each), you'll explore how stress and trauma affect your wellbeing — and more importantly, how to manage and minimise their symptoms with practical tools that work.
You’ll gain insight into your own patterns, learn self-regulation techniques, and walk away with lifelong strategies to support healthier decision-making and overall balance.
