Ease into your week with our 30-minute Monday Morning Meditations, designed to help you gently reset, ground yourself, and reduce stress before the busy week begins. Whether you're completely new to meditation or have a well-established practice, these sessions are inclusive, supportive, and powerful.
Each session includes:
A gentle introduction and check-in to set the tone for your day
A guided 10–15 minute meditation, focusing on breathwork, grounding, and nervous system regulation.
A calming post-meditation debrief, offering tools to carry your clarity into the week ahead
