About the event
Join us for a free holistic wellbeing overview exploring the impact of stress on your mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual/energetic wellbeing. Together we’ll look at how stress affects every part of your life, discuss its long-term impacts, and share simple, practical tools for immediate relief.
This free session introduces our Rebalance Program — an 8-hour (2 hours per week for 4 weeks, Wednesdays 7–9pm) online course that offers deeper insights, education, and lifelong strategies you can use to support yourself, your family, your team, your organisation, and your clients.
We’ll also share a special discount offer and a few exclusive wellbeing benefits available for those attending on the night.
Facilitated by three experienced practitioners and behavioural specialists – each an academic, professional, and down-to-earth mum – this is an accessible and heart-led introduction to Unit 1 of the Women’s National Recovery Network’s “L.E.G.S. Economic and Holistic Wellbeing Recovery Program.”
